i think they rushed it which is why they look like shit, they should have taken their time and made them a bit better, they look so cheap and rushed

I think the 99 capes should look inferior to their 120 counterparts at the very least. So the image in the OP would have been pretty much out of the question.

That's a good point too. Although then they could have changed the master capes to look like the new skill capes, but even cooler. Tongue
