Improvements to the player owned house.

Wouldn't mind a jacuzzi and gym, perhaps a cinema room, and for crying out aloud, would it kill anyone if there was a bathroom about the place?!?! That poor "wintumber" tree ...

I have to agree with this. Being nearly forced to engage in limited content means less time doing other activities, and then more time playing to do the other things you wanted to do.

( Player-owned-houses need a graphical improvement along with a content update )

YES! The POH is one of the only personalized things in the game besides your outfit. They should really run with that! Runescape neighborhoods please!
